Paying from outside Thailand
Credit / debit card any country
Visa · Mastercard · JCB · AMEX through Stripe. Your license key is issued automatically once the payment goes through.
PromptPay QR Thai bank accounts
Scan the QR code in a Thai bank app and attach the slip on the order page; the key follows once the slip is checked.
Prices are in Thai baht (THB). The ≈ figure is an estimate; your card issuer converts the baht amount. Payment questions
- Which currency am I charged in?
- Every order is charged in Thai baht (THB). The other currency shown next to prices is an estimate at the 2026-10-23 rate; your card issuer does the real conversion and may add a foreign-transaction fee.
- Do I need an account?
- You log in before ordering, so your key is kept in “My library” and you can move it to a new computer yourself. The free trial needs no account.
- When do I get my key?
- Card: right after the payment goes through; it appears on the order page and in My library. PromptPay: after the transfer slip is checked.
- I need a receipt / invoice
- E-mail us your order code and the name and address that should be on it.
Licenses
- A key works on the number of computers shown on the product page (usually 1) and never expires.
- Moving to a new computer: in My library press “Release computer”, then enter the key on the new one.
- Keys are case-sensitive: copy and paste them rather than typing.
