Every product can be downloaded and tried with all features (14 days; Feedback Killer AI 7 days). No sign-up, no card — press Free trial on the product page.

  • After 14 days Feedback Killer / Plus+ 8CH stop suppressing feedback, but Noise Reduction, Low Cut and Bypass keep passing sound, so a show never goes silent.
  • Feedback Killer AI has a 7-day trial; after it the AI locks, but the audio keeps passing through, so a show never goes silent.
  • After 14 days Signal Rack still opens, but the rack cannot be edited until a key is entered.
  • After buying, enter the license key in the program you already installed. No reinstall needed.

Installing the VST3 / AU plug-ins

For all of them: Feedback Killer, AutoEQ Live, T-Sound Live Comp, Auto Drum Gate and T-Sound Live Reverb

Windows

  1. Unzip the file to get the plug-in name.vst3 folder, e.g. Feedback Killer.vst3
  2. Move it to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
  3. Open your DAW or Signal Rack and rescan plug-ins. They are listed under the maker T Sound Man
If you installed an older Feedback Killer, delete it from both C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 and C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Local\Programs\Common\VST3 first, or the DAW may load the old one.

Mac

  1. Unzip the file (double-click)
  2. In Finder press Cmd + Shift + G and paste the folder path below to open the plug-in folder
  3. Move the .vst3 file to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3
  4. Move the .component file (AU for Logic Pro / GarageBand) to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
  5. Open Terminal, paste the command below and press Enter (once; it covers every plug-in in both folders) so macOS allows the downloaded plug-ins, then reopen your DAW
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3 ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
  1. If Logic Pro still doesn't show the plug-in: Logic Pro → Settings → Plug-in Manager → select it → Reset & Rescan Selection
If you skip step 5, macOS may say the developer cannot be verified and the DAW will not load the plug-in.

Installing FeedbackKiller Plus+ 8CH

Windows

  1. Open the downloaded Setup file
  2. If a blue “Windows protected your PC” window appears, click More info, then Run anyway
  3. On first launch, if Windows asks about the firewall, click Allow (needed for the Remote app)
  4. In Settings choose your audio interface's ASIO driver for the lowest latency

Mac

  1. Open the .dmg and drag FeedbackKiller Plus+ to Applications
  2. The first time, right-click the app → Open, then click Open again (only once)
  3. Allow microphone access so the app can receive audio from your interface

Installing Signal Rack

  • Windows: open the Setup file. If “Windows protected your PC” appears, click More info → Run anyway
  • Mac: open the .dmg, drag Signal Rack to Applications, and open it the first time with right-click → Open
  • In the Plugins tab, scan your VST3 folders once; the list is remembered

Entering your license key

  1. Once the slip is checked, the key appears on the order page and in My library (it starts with FK2-)
  2. In the program, click the TRIAL badge, paste the key and press Activate (in Plus+ 8CH: SETTINGS, under LICENCE)
  3. The first activation needs internet; after that it works offline
Keys are case-sensitive. Copy and paste them, don't type them.

Paste does not work / the key box is empty

  • The plug-ins have a Paste code from clipboard button that pastes the key you copied, even in hosts that block Ctrl+V / Cmd+V inside plug-ins
  • Or save the key in a .txt file, click Load key file... and choose that file
  • Spaces and hidden characters that LINE or e-mail add to a copied key are removed automatically
  • No licence code means the key box was empty: use one of the two buttons above

Could not connect to the licence server

  • Check the internet connection
  • Update to the latest version from My library. New versions activate through tsoundman.com, which every network can reach (some older versions could not connect from some mobile and home networks)

Invalid licence code

  • The key must start with FK2- and belong to that product. A key for one product does not work in another (a Feedback Killer key does not activate Feedback Killer AI, for example)
  • If it still fails, send a screenshot on LINE and we will check it or issue a new key

Moving to a new computer

Most keys work on 1 computer (Feedback Killer AI: 2 computers); My library shows the number for each key. To move one, go to My library, press Release computer for the old one, then enter the key on the new computer.

Delay or crackles

  • On Windows always use your audio interface's ASIO driver (WASAPI has much higher latency)
  • Set the buffer as low as possible without crackles, usually 64–256 samples
  • Feedback Killer adds no latency itself; any delay you hear comes from the audio interface settings
