Details
Use the VST3 plug-ins you already own on a live show without opening a DAW. Each channel is a column: audio from an input, through a chain of plug-ins, straight to an output.
- Add as many channels as you need, with 6 plug-in slots each
- Input/output and mono/stereo per channel, with input/output gain and mute
- dBFS input/output meters and total system latency
- Plug-in slots show the plug-in's real face; double-click to open its window
- Crash-safe plug-in scanning, remembered so you don't rescan
- Sessions (.srack) store routing and every plug-in's settings
- Set BPM or TAP tempo for tempo-synced plug-ins
- Zoom the interface 60–200%
- Free 14-day trial with every feature

Version history
- 2.4.1 - Fixed a rare crash when closing Signal Rack while an update check was waiting for the internet (seen on the Mac). Everything else is as in 2.4.0.
- 2.4.0 - Link groups (gain and MUTE move with the group), channel presets and copy / paste of a whole channel, 4 latency groups (automatic or a fixed latency), external inserts for outboard hardware through the sound card, scenes: scope (which channels and settings a scene changes), recall safe, 8 hot scene buttons, previous / next, notes per scene, session templates, Auto Mix for speech mics (the mic being talked into comes up, quiet ones go down; weight and chair mic) - click a channel number for its menu
Show all (13)
- 2.3.1 - Waves plug-ins found again: a Waves WaveShell (700+ plug-ins, 5-20 minutes to scan) is no longer stopped halfway; it keeps scanning in the background until done, even if Signal Rack is closed first (they appear in the list at the next start); a plug-in that really hangs is skipped after 90 s; a Waves slot always gets the plug-in chosen - after updating, press Scan plugins once
- 2.3.0 - Plug-in scan many times faster (several at once in helper programs; a plug-in that crashes or hangs no longer closes Signal Rack); after an unexpected close: open the session without the plug-in that caused it / the newest backup / start empty; automatic session backups; a plug-in that is not installed stays in its slot with its settings (try again / replace / remove); LOCK against accidental touches during a show; CPU / DROPOUTS tells CPU from audio-interface dropouts; Scene Safe per slot; presets per plug-in; output delay per channel (up to 1000 ms) and ALIGN for equal latency on every channel
- 2.2.5 - Online updates: when T Sound Man releases a new version, the program offers it and installs it in one click (it downloads and checks the installer itself). Mac installers are signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so they open without a warning. Sound and features are unchanged
- 2.2.4 - A damaged session file can no longer push the sound out of range (gains held to ±24 dB); the Health panel does not count a buffer change or device restart as a dropout; a stereo channel routed to channel 2 moves to the 1+2 pair it is shown on; a double-click right after loading opens the plug-in's own window
- 2.2.3 - Steadier activation: at most 4.5 s per try to reach the licence server, closing during an activation never hangs, and every legacy key works
- 2.2.2 - Activation works on every network: the licence server is reached through tsoundman.com first (fixes Could not connect to the licence server), and stray characters around the key are cleaned off
- 2.2.1 - The add-plug-in menu tells apart plug-ins installed twice under one name (AU and VST3, or an old copy in another folder) by showing their format and version
- 2.2.0 - Uses every CPU core: all channels are processed side by side, so more plug-ins fit at small buffer sizes ("Use all CPU cores" on the ROUTING I/O page); fixed plug-in preview pictures showing the wrong plug-in after adding or moving plug-ins in a channel
- 2.1.1 - Plug-in scan finds both the system and the user folders; the license page shows a lifetime license
- 2.1.0 - Per-song Scenes (store every plug-in setting), Quick Controls for plug-in knobs from the iPad, MUTE ALL and LOCK on iPad, larger text, channel names save on Enter
- 2.0.1 - Remote app improvements: QR pairing, sharper screen, more accurate touch
