Privacy policy: TSM Mixer
Last updated: 2026-10-17
TSM Mixer (Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac) by T Sound Man controls Behringer X32 / M32 / WING consoles over Wi-Fi. This page explains what the app stores and what it sends.
Kept on your device only
Settings, snapshots, the cue list, recent consoles, the language and your AI API key (if you enter one) are stored only on the device where the app is installed. They are not sent to T Sound Man.
The app has no sign-up, no ads, and no tracking or usage analytics.
Talking to your console
The app talks to the console directly on your Wi-Fi network (OSC over UDP/TCP); this traffic never goes through our servers. The app needs local network permission to find and connect to consoles.
The "Console check" only reads values from the console and shows them on screen. A report leaves the device only if you copy it and send it yourself.
Licence activation
When you activate, the app sends the licence key, the product name and a machine ID (a one-way hash of the device identifier that cannot be reversed) to the T Sound Man licence server through tsoundman.com, to check that the key may be used on this device and to renew that check from time to time.
This is used only to verify the licence and count the devices on a key. It is never sold or shared.
AI assistant (optional)
Most Thai and English commands are understood on the device. If you enter your own Claude API key, the commands you type and the related channel data (such as channel names and levels) are sent directly to Anthropic with your key, under Anthropic’s policies.
With a Local AI, data goes only to the machine you set up on your own network. Without any AI set up, nothing is sent.
Deleting data / contact
Uninstalling the app deletes everything it kept on the device. To have your licence activation records deleted, or for any question, contact T Sound Man on LINE or through tsoundman.com.
